Responsibilities 職責 :
- Maintain and handle daily operations
維持及處理店內日常營運 - Delegate responsibility for the day-to-day operations to the appropriate personnel to ensure efficiency and profitability
有效分配工作，以確保效率及達成銷售目標 - Provide training, assist with handling staff onboarding and off-boarding arrangements, and scheduling for the branch staff.
為員工提供培訓, 協助處理入職/離職安排及排更 - Follow the company’s instructions to motivate & manage team members, and execute an exceptional level of service
按照公司規定激勵及管理員工 - Ensure the overall hygiene and cleanliness standards of the shop
確保店舖衛生整潔，產品品質及食安等
Requirements 要求 :
- 3+ years’ experience in F&B management (Candidates with Coffee Shop’s experience will be given priority consideration.)
3+ 年F&B相關管理經驗 (具咖啡店管理經驗者優先考慮。) - Strong leadership skills and problem-solving abilities
具備領導能力和解決問題的能力 - Exhibit strong teamwork skills and the ability to perform under pressure
有良好的團隊合作精神和能在壓力下工作 - Ability to speak English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
良好英文及中文(粵語&普通話) - Candidate with more experience will be considered as Supervisor
較少相關經驗者會被考慮為分店主任

Requirements 要求 :
- Preferably with 1 year experience in coffee industry, Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Barista
1年或以上咖啡店相關工作經驗, 如有更多相關經驗者可被考慮為資深咖啡師 -
Good command of spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
良好英文及中文(粵語&普通話) - Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented and friendly
良好溝通能力、注重細節、友善 - Candidates with less experience/ no experience are also welcome
較少經驗或沒有相關工作經驗者亦會考慮
