They have a very high portion of washed processed coffee which allows people to have clean cup of coffee. Also, washed process can guarantee the consistency of the crop. SEY coffee roasting level is between Scandinavian and US , which means customers can enjoy slightly heavier body of the brew (compared to former roasting style) while remaining the flavours of coffee.
