Newav Coffee is an coffee roastery founded by Gabrel Tan. Gab is originally from Malaysia and he started his coffee career back in 2016. He was previously a roaster at Criteria Coffee in Australia. He decided to started his roastery since the beginning of his career. 2 years ago, he founded the roastery in order to educate people understanding coffee production, as well as the how to pursuit of a better cup.

Gab’s selection of coffee is very suitable for baristas and customers who love brewing coffee. He has offered some premium specialty coffee which are from Panama Esmeralda , Panama Auromar, Colombia Finca El Paraiso etc. Apart from these famous estates, he has also offered coffees for everyday usage including Ethiopia washed, Colombia natural, which can fit the demand of different customers.
