Collection: Kawa Coffee

Kawa Coffee is our first coffee roaster from France at Nodi. It is a very new roastery that has been found in the year 2019. The founder Alex won the 1st runner up Specialty Coffee Association Roasting competition in 2021, he also got the 2nd runner up in World Aeropress Competition back in 2019. 

The roasting philosophy of Kawa is about choosing the best from the world with vibrant flavours coffee. Kawa spends a lot of time in experimental coffee and fermentation during the process of supply chain. He thinks that there's still insufficient information about fermentation process, so he would like to provide customers knowledge through his beans and his roasting style.
