Ethicus Coffee Roaster is a roastery in Shizuoka Prefecture Japan. It is a relatively new roastery that is founded in the year 2018. After a short while, it has been recommended by local food magazine Brutus as one of the most ‘Tastiest coffee’ in Japan. It is also a popular coffee shop on social network.

They prefer to have the roasting level to be very light. The changes of aroma and mouthfeel can be presented to customers. The coffees are packed in 100g size so customers can try more types of coffee. Customers can enjoy the characteristics of coffee in the light roast level. They offer coffees with different processing methods including traditional natural , washed process, as well as static cherry and slow dry natural process .
